At Harcliff Mining Services, we pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art South Africa-based manufacturing and refurbishment works facility, which spans across 5000 square meters and boasts an impressive 50-ton lifting capacity. Our comprehensive production capabilities encompass a wide array of machinery and assembly divisions, showcasing our commitment to excellence in mining equipment manufacturing and refurbishment.
Machinery Division
Our Machinery Division is equipped with cutting-edge tools and technology to meet the most demanding requirements of the mining industry.

- KAPP Niles Gear Grinder with extended stroke and internal gear grinding
- CNC 6m lathe with 1.6m swing over bed

Assembly Division
Our Disassembly and Assembly Division ensures that our products are not only manufactured with precision but also undergo rigorous testing and quality assurance.
- Gearbox test run bench with a force feed lubrication system, variable speed motors and vibration monitoring equipment
- Hydraulic presses with a capacity of up to 750 tons
- Bearing heaters capable of handling up to Ø1.8m components
International Division
Our International Division is geared towards meeting global demands, and it comprises specialized facilities such as:
- Steel foundry with a casting capacity of 250 tons, equipped with liquid refining furnaces and VOD furnaces
- Forging works with a forging capacity of up to 110-ton workpieces
- Heat Treatment facilities, including liquid quenching tanks and furnaces, along with case carbonizing and induction surface hardening capabilities
- Machining with a Ø16m turning capacity
- Gear Cutting with a Ø14m cutting capacity
- Floor borers with 18m travel
