Owned premises of 5000 sqm with 50 ton lifting capacity

Machinery division:

• Klingelnberg Hofler Rapid 2000 gear profile grinder
• CNC Ø6.3m Vertical Boring Mill with milling head and live tooling
• CNC Ø6.1m Horizontal Floor Borer
• CNC and conventional Centre Lathes from 1.5m to 6m between centers
• Horizontal Boring Mills (table) and Vertical Turning Lathes
• Submerged Arc Welding machined with manipulator
• CNC Milling Machine
• Radial Arm Drills and large type Key Seater

Assembly division:

• Gearbox test run bench with force feed lubrication system and variable speed motors
• Hydraulic presses up to 600 ton
• Bearing heaters up to Ø1.8m

International division:

• Steel foundry – casting capacity of 150 ton with liquid refining furnaces
• Forging works – forging capacity up to 110 ton work pieces
• Heat Treatment – Liquid quenching tanks and furnaces, surface hardening facilities
• Machining – Ø16m turning capacity
• Gear Cutting – Ø12.5m cutting capacity
