Mill Design, Manufacture & Installation
From design and manufacture to installation, commissioning, and a comprehensive aftermarket service, Harcliff mills are designed with cost-effectiveness in mind. Fast-tracked deliveries are undertaken when required. Harcliff sizes and designs new mills to suite and optimise your process requirements. Harcliff also provides services of reverse engineering of existing mills in order to manufacture compatible drop-in replacements.

Refurbishments & Relocation of Pre-Owned Mills
When you need a new mill, budgetary or time constraints may be a limiting factor. We can refurbish and modify your mill or convert a previously-owned unit to meet your specific needs. For example, a ball mill may be converted into a SAG mill or a rod mill into a ball mill.
Refurbishment is treated as a turnkey project – starting with the removal of your mill, redesign work (when required), where it moves on to the manufacturing of replacement equipment, meticulously renovating mill components, transportation, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
