PRODUCT SERVICE & OFFERING
- Rotary scrubbers in both roller and gear drive formats in a range of sizes designed to match your specific process or need
- Scrubbers can be supplied either for installation in a permanent working location or in skid-mounted form as semi-mobile units that can be easily transported between ore sources
- Assessment and refurbishment of pre-owned scrubbers back to their original condition and performance

- New and refurbished scrubbers can be installed, undergo laser alignment and commissioned by our field service engineers
- Rotary units are fully reversible to permit ‘end of shift’ scrubber purges (optional)
- All scrubbers are designed to be fitted with variable speed drives to allow for low torque start-ups and process optimisation for different ore bodies
- Scrubber construction features include precision machined riding rings and rollers, thicker and more rigid shell and end-plate design and easy-to-fit and replace rubber liners
- Process optimisation is an added service speciality
